 Day 2

We sail onward to the coastal town of Arendal, a famous harbour during the age of Tall Ships. You can still see signs of its heyday in the late nineteenth century when Arendal was home to many wealthy shipowners. Today the town hosts Arendalsuka, Norway’s “democracy festival” and largest political gathering.

Arrival Day

The final leg of the voyage takes us to Norway’s southernmost city of Kristiansand, with its charming old town of small wooden houses, popular wildlife and amusement parks and surrounding archipelago dotted with idyllic islets and sheltered coves.
